Day 11 Passion: passion gives you energy to push through

Passionately pursue love and hate all that is evil, junk food and laziness and enjoy healthy living to the fullest

Day 12 My Secret: Super Star Mentality  Thanks to today's technology our pictures and videos are immediately shared for the whole world to see.  Be mindful of your actions, every thing you say and do is being posted!

  • memorize Gods Word for your big performance: life
  • eat like someones photographing your every move (friends, family are your paparazzi)
  • workout like your in a movie: your life
Day 13 Environment your surrounding can make you or break you, surround yourself with like-minded people and build a faith, fitness and food family based on your same desires.


Day 14 Rewards rewards inspire you to stay on track

  • Attend Church service LIVE: enjoy worship and the power words from your Pastor, words of wisdom, knowledge and truth 
  • Buy CD of LIVE message or a message that relates to a struggle you want to overcome
  • Rest: reward yourself with a 20 minute cat nap or more
  • Save every penny you don't spend on junk food and buy yourself a non-food related gift

Day 15 Volunteer blessing to give, when you give you receive great blessings and joy.
  • Volunteer your time to build relationship with like-minded people
  • Volunteer and distract yourself from food and laziness
    Day 16 Give Thanks not Complaints 
    Complaints put your dreams on hold, thanks make your dreams come true. 

    • Don't complain about not having time to read Gods Word or not knowing Him, praise Him and thank Him that you are able to read His Word.  Most people around the world don't have that luxury.
    • Don't complain about exercising, give thanks that your able to workout, many people are stuck in hospital beds.
    • Don't complain about eating healthy and calorie counting, give thankful you are blessed to have so many food options and give thanks for the knowledge to count calories.
     Day 17 No Judgement Love don't judge!

    • If you judge yourself you cant walk in love, God is love, choose love, choose God! 
      Day 18 Improvement   Continuous Improvement causes us to think about the upstream process not the downstream damage control. 
      Choose an area in each Faith, food and fitness which you would like to improve on, you know best.
      Faith: reading Gods Word, building a relationship with Him, praise & worship, prayer or all the above.
      Fitness: workout daily, increase intensity, change it up or your you make up your own answer to your problem, only you know best
      Food:  eat cleaner, less junk more fruits and vegetables, drink more water.. again you know best

    21 Day Transformation Challenge

    Day 1: Convenience
    • Download your favorite Pastor online or via podcast
    • Put all your workout gear in one area for easy access
    • Use clothes as a measurement: remember to try the garment you used on day 1
    • Place healthy foods so you can easily grab them when your hungry

    Day 2: Preparation
    • Prepare your mind with the Word of God
    • Prepare and pack your workout bags
    • Prepare all your healthy foods for the day just in case your out longer than expected
     Day 3: Motivation
    • Seek God first and foremost
    • Seek mentors, Pastors, fitness Instructors, personal trainers, health magazines, books, a nutritionist, healthy recipes, webmd, livestrong
    • Help others: helping others motivates you to stay on track

    Day 4: Emotions 
    • Wake up 15 minutes every day to spend more time with God, Praise Him!
    • Journal positive emotions so you can reflect back on such great emotions
    • Out with the old in with the new: rid the junk and bring in healthier choices
    Day 5: Renew
    • Renew your mind with the Word of God 
    • Renew your desire to exercise: put workout clothes on to get in the mood before you leave work and drive straight to the gym or home to workout
    • Renew the flavors in food, limit or eliminate the salt
    Day 6: Never Give Up
    • Don't sweat failure, if you fall brush it off and get right back up and into the game
    • review the first 5 days of this challenge and get your mind back into the game
    • Triple Threat it ALL: Faith: read the Word, pray and praise! Fitness: strength train, cardio workout, abs! Food: 3 Shakeology/ 3 day cleanse

    Day 7: Recharge

    • Reflect back and recap your successes and take it easy! 
    • Rejuvenate: Go to church, their is nothing better than LIVE Worship and LIVE Word of God.  
    • Relax: don't sweat dining out, you've got it mastered, order specifically to your dietary needs: no butter, no salt, etc

    Day 8: Intensify
    • Memorize scripture daily
    • increase the intensity of your workout 
    • intensify your diet, eat cleaner, less junk


    Day 9: Change ~ Child-like
    • Have faith like a child, trust and believe God whole-heartedly
    • Have fun working out like a child anxious to play at recess
    • Eat like a child, smaller plates, smaller portions, only for fuel
    Day 10: Athlete
    • Victorious, overcoming mindset by always putting God, your coaches Word first 
    • Workout harder by pushing yourself like your training for a big game, the game of LIFE
    • Fuel up on healthy foods, vitamins, nutrients, supplements etc

    21 Day Transformation Challenge


    1. FAITH~ 
    Overcome Emotional Eating by putting God first (Matt 6:33) and foremost each day, creating a daily relationship with Him will strengthen (Eph 6:10), enable and empower you to take on every obstacle and overcome each battle by faith. The more you know God, the more you know Him, the more you trust, rely and turn to Him, just like you would a best friend.  Make God your best friend not food and turn to Him in prayer and praise just like Paul did in Acts 16:25 &26.

    Push through it!
    Distract your mind with exercise: exercise releases anger, stress, worries, anxieties, emotions, etc.  Don't react to your situation when your emotional, take a time out and distract your mind with exercise so you can breathe, release the tension, recoup and rethink your situation out more clearly.   A clear mind allows you to use wisdom and guides you towards prayer and praise verses food and negative words.

    Dancing to Praise & Worship music is a great combination of faith and fitness!

    3. FOOD ~ Food is 80% of the challenge so lets dive a bit deeper and focus on food...

    • Be mindful of why you are eating: emotions, boredom, failure, procrastination, laziness, food pictures, friends, smells.  Journal and take note of whats influencing you to eat when your not hungry
    • Take your journal notes and do your homework: research, Livestrong, webmd, medicinenet, mayoclinic, etc
    • eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3hrs to stay fueled up so your mind can work properly, able to handle any battle
    • Drink plenty of water, think clearer... dehydration causes headaches, which equals emotions
    • Food prevention: remove unhealthy foods your home, office, lunch setting so you won't binge when emotional
    • never go anywhere, especially parties, grocery shopping and restaurants on an empty stomach, empty stomach equals trouble
    • step away from the buffet, the banquets, the bread basket, peanut dish, the candy jar and get distracted, ask to help clean, organize, set up, take pictures of all the guest, engage in conversation, keep busy
    • be prepared always, have gum, water, nuts, small meals & snacks with you at all times in case you get stuck somewhere longer than expected
    • never skip meals! skipping meals & binging on one meal a day is how a sumo wrestler trains to gain weight, so think of a sumo wrestle when tempted to skip a meal
    • never eliminate too much, too fast, take baby steps, take each day, one day at a time or you will go wild and binge when a problem or emotion occurs.
    • Prepare before dining out: have a meal set in your mind and refuse to look at the menus if possible, for pictures or descriptions of food can cause an emotional reaction, which may cause you to fail.  Always order specifically to your needs: "spray, no butter, chicken or fish, double up on veggies or add brown rice  please"... be loving, kind, and thankful when ordering!! :-D  
    • Sleep:  skip the late night cravings and drink water, brush your teeth and go to bed.  Lack of sleep equals lack of control, give your body the rest it needs to function and think properly! 
    • Children rarely eat all their food so cut back on their serving sizes to ensure you won't indulge on their left overs. 
    • Check your BMI and keep record of your calorie intake, this time consuming task will distract you from mindless eating and keep you accountable.
    • Count your calorie intake and out take: when you see how many calories is in a bag of potato chips or cookies vs calories  burnt you will think twice about indulging or binging

      Improvement ~ Today you get to choose the area you want to improve on!


      Continuous Improvement causes us to think about the upstream process not the downstream damage control. 
      Read Ephesians 4 and rely on God


       1. Improve your Faith 

      Philippians 3:14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

      Choose to improve:
      • Building a relationship with God: know Him and hear from Him! Romans 1:19 &20
      • Praising and Thanking Him more:  edifies our Spirit, brings joy, victory and faith Psalm 92:1
      • Studying His Word (study the a topic you need to improve on: patience, diligence, love, peace etc)
      • Attending Church/ finding a church: get enriched & blessed!  Luke11:28
      • Listening to your Pastor via CD or podcast::  Ecc 10:12

      2. Strengthen your weakness

      2 Corinthians 2: 9 & 10 ...“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

      Get determined and improve where you are weak: 
      • Stretching: reduces muscle tension, Increases range of movement in the joints, enhances muscular coordination, increased circulation of the blood to various parts of the body, increases energy levels (resulting from increased circulation) ~spark people
      • abs : strengthen your core, strengthen your back, improves posture
      • strength train: burn more fat, leaner body, healthier & longer life
      • proper form: to prevent injury
      • increase weights: to always progress
      • cardio: raise heart rate, lengthen, strengthen your life

      3. Tighten up your diet ~ eat cleaner & healthier


      2 Corinthians 6: 19 & 20 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.


      Study and learn about your current so called favorite cravings and replace them with a healthier choice.   Be determined to learn to fall in love with life giving foods and soon you will create new healthy cravings!  Study via: Webmd, sparkpeople, livestrong, etc

      No Judgement
      "If you judge people, you don't have time to love them."

       Don't Judge, Love!  Don't Judge yourself, accept who you truly are and get rid of the failure mentality the enemy tries to bestow on you!  A failure mindset will only hinder your faith walk of Healthy Living for the mind, body and soul.   Don't take ownership in it, rebuke it and walk in love knowing who you are... You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you, YOU are Victorious Athletes for God, whom God loves and enriches with blessings, wisdom, knowledge, power, control, healing, wealth, confidence... accept it, take ownership of it by speaking it, walking in it and acting on it! Love yourself and who God created you to be, a model of Him, created in His image and likeness to walk in love and overcome all things including the enemy.  You have ALL the control, take it back, take back what is rightfully yours!  
      Do all things with love. 
      Walk in love and forgiveness not judgement:
      You are forgiving and good, O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to you. Psalm 86:5

      Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God. 
      Ephesians 5:2

      A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 
      John 13:34

      1.Don't Judge Others : Accept others as God accepts them with love and see their heart not their faults! 
      Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8
      People often judge you for being simply who you are:  positive, happy, down,  fit,  fat,  poor,  rich,  blessed, old, young, black, white, a Pastor,  a mentor, a teacher, a child of God... the list goes on and on.  Ever stop and ask why?  1. Lack of Knowledge 2.Pride 3. Deceit, lies of the enemy

      John 8:7 Jesus asked  a group of men accusing a woman of adultery..."If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her."

      1. Lack of knowledge of Gods Word:  Don't be so quick to judge, we all fall short of the glory of God.  Walk in love always, forgiving and praying for those in need.

      Who can say, "I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin"? Proverbs 20:9


      2. Pride: Judgement is another form of pride, don't be so proud you think you know it all so you can judge others, the only one with the right to judge is God.

      Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 1 Corinthians 13:4

      Before his downfall a man's heart is proud, but humility comes before honor. Proverbs 18:12
      • Do not be prideful, do not be judgmental, for it only hinders your walk of Healthy Living for the mind, body and soul. Choose to walk in love and enrich your life.

      3. Deceit, lies of the devil:  there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.. John 8:44

      If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 1 John 1:8

      The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. John 10:10


      2. Don't judge off appearances

      I use to judge people who were fit assuming they were naturally fit, born athletes or blessed with good genes, until I learned most fit athletes have a story, a success story.  And the same goes for most people over weight, they have a story of a tragedy,  injury or loss.  Don't judge, get to know people, learn their stories, see their hearts and be blessed by their words and let them inspire you to progress in your walk of Healthy Living!

      My transformation began when I saw and heard many before and after stories from friends, instructors Pastors.  Knowing the truth will set you free, free from judgement and free to learn.  Learn by asking, listening and seeking help from those around you, ask their story.

      3.  Love Don't Judge:  Don't judge people blessed with high metabolisms, be thankful you have to eat healthy for your healthy choices strengthens and lenthens your life.

      Don't judge and don't be deceived, just because they  get to eat whatever they want doesn't give you the luxury of joining their diet habits.

      Day 16 Give Thanks not Complaints

      21 Day Transformation Challenge

      Complaining puts your dreams on hold, give thanks and make your dreams come true. 






      1. Pray and give thanks


      Be thankful for challenges in life, for without them we wouldn't grow stronger each day, nor would we progress.  Win this battle and fight by giving thanks each and every day!  Be thankful and trust in God that He always pulls us through. Be thankful He never allows anything you cant handle to come upon you.  Be thankful we have an awesome God who never does anything to hurt us, for God is good all the time and has no evil in Him.  Evil, frustrations, weakness are just lies from the devil, overcome and win with God by giving Him praise, glory and honor vs words of complaints, doubt and unbelief.


      Philippians 2: 14 Do everything without grumbling or arguing.


      Philippians 4: 6-8  6.Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.  8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

      "God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your strength but with your testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13).  ~ It doesn't say God will test you, it says He will not allow you to get tested more than you can handle.  God doesn't test us, it's the enemy.  The enemy test us and we choose how we are going to react, and the enemy tempts us and WE have the choice to fall into the temptation or overcome it.  We overcome by trusting, relying and obeying Gods Word!  With God anythings possible, with God you are more than conquerors, with God you are an victorious over-comer.  Read His Word and know who you are in Him.  Knowing who you are gives you control over the enemy.  Take control, speak His Word and "Give Thanks not complaints"!

      Romans 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.





      1 John 4:5  for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.

      Col 3:15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.

      Psalm 100:5 For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

      Psalm 136:1  & Psalm 107:1 & Psalm 118:1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good. His love endures forever.


      2. Put on a can do attitude


      Complaining, "I'm tired", "I can't", "I don't have a gym nearby" "I don't know what to do"  "My spouse doesn't like working out"... doesn't change your situation and it doesn't help you loose weight, it's just another excuse and a waste of time.  In fact it hinders your goals and pulls you further from your blessings and dreams of the healthy, fit, strong body that's within you.  Allow your Athlete to break through by giving THANKS & praise for all the good things you do have!  Give thanks that you are alive, that you can walk, move, dance, jump, etc.

        Make a list of your blessings and remind yourself how blessed you truly are everyday.  


      3. Apply your knowledge without complaining

      Knowledge is only beneficial if applied.  So apply, give thanks and without complaining.  Complaining will pull you down and keep you in a rut.  

      • Don't get frustrated, don't murmur, grumble or complain if your spouse brings home junk food, take action and trash it.  Take action and pass on it, take action and be the strong athlete you are, GIVE THANKS, for your spouse is strengthening you!  
      • Don't complain about counting your calories, give thanks you have calories to consume and that you have the knowledge to keep track of them!!  We are so blessed, remind yourself of your blessings!
      • Don't complain about dining out. Give thanks you can eat out and give thanks that you are an over-comer, and grow stronger each dining experience!    
      • When the urge comes on and you want to complain, take a moment and give thanks for your blessings!  When you speak to soon and you uttered a complaint, be mindful of your blessings, refresh your words and give thanks!!  Give Thanks not Complaints!!!



      Hmm, is she reading my mind?  No, I know because I once complained about all the above and if I can overcome these temporary obstacles so can you!!

      Meditate on Gods Word: Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Luke 6:38

      1. Faith: volunteer at your church 

      Best way to socialize and build a faith family environment is through Volunteering, especially if your new to church, attending church alone or don't know anyone in church.  Stop isolating yourself, get connected with a local church and get enriched and blessed with a social connection that encompasses Gods love.  

      Proverbs 19:17 He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord; He will reward him.


      1 Peter 4:10  As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms.


      Acts 20:35 It is more blessed to give than to receive.

      Romans 12:7 Let us give ourselves to service

      Galatians 5:13 By love serve one another.



      2. Food: distract yourself from food
       Don't make food your joy, have a servants heart and find joy in blessing others.  


      • Volunteering your extra time will distract you from food, especially if you volunteer and serve in an area you are passionate about.  Search your church outreach programs or your local directory and find the right environment for you to open your heart and shine upon lives in need of your love.
      • Volunteer and bless others with a ride to church, gym, lunch, airport, etc
      • Volunteer, share and bless someone in need of this information 
      3. Fitness: Volunteer at a Fitness related function



      Volunteering is  essential to long life, especially for those who tend to isolate themselves from social connections.  If your new to an area and you haven't built strong connections yet and you don't have a gym membership or you can't fit a group exercise class into your busy schedule, volunteer.   Volunteer and discover an environment that compliments your life style and schedule.  Connect, socialize and meet like minded healthy fitness fanatics by donating your time into a fitness related charity your passionate about like an Aids Walk, Cancer Society, etc.

      2. Reward yourself with a gift

      Every time you deny yourself  unhealthy foods jot down your savings and  reward yourself after 21 days.  The savings and gift to yourself will keep you focused, disciplined and on track to healthy living.  REWARD yourself for your success with gifts not food!!


      3. Reward yourself with a nap


      Create a spa environment and crawl into bed and enjoy at least a 20 minute nap and rejuvenate, restore and refresh!

      Both power naps and deep sleep improve your brain power and increase your body's stamina, but deep sleep typically produces more extensive, longer-lasting results. During a full cycle of regular sleep, your body rejuvenates and repairs itself. Various activities that take place include memory consolidation, muscle and tissue repair, energy restoration and hormone releases, according to the National Sleep Foundation. During a power nap, your brain slows down, your body temperature lowers and your muscles relax. Much like taking a quick drink of water helps hydrate your body, power naps refresh your mind and relax your body in a relatively short time. ~ Livestrong

      Best Environment for success in Faith, Food and Fitness:

      Your  environment can make or break you, be mindful of your surroundings. Open your eyes to whats going on around you and analyze why your struggling with healthy living, take notes and make the necessary changes to create a healthier environment.  You must choose healthier environments, healthier friends and make healthier choices to succeed in healthy living for life for the mind, body and soul .  If not you will always be doomed for failure and unable to reach your goals.  Because it's much easier to pull someone down than it is to lift them up to a higher level.  Pastor Ed Young once gave an illustration of a man standing on a chair while another man was standing on the ground next to the chair.  He then asked the man on the ground to pull them man off the chair, he came down within seconds, but when he asked the man to get back on the chair and lift the man up to his level it was impossible.  This illustration stuck with me for years, it's been extremely valuable, because I have applied it to my journey of healthy living for life. So remind yourself,  anytime you want to hang out with your "pig out peeps" or "gossip girls" or "lazy loungers" imagine this illustration and redirect the environment for a NO FOOD, NO GOSSIP, NO LAZINESS environment! Or realize what kind of friends you  want to surround yourself with 99% of the time and pray for better friends that will inspire, encourage and help you be the best God created you to be, BLESSED beyond belief!  This doesn't mean you must give up your best friends, it just means you must spend less time with them.  Eventually they will see your success and join your Healthy Lifestyle!!!

      Goal: Surround yourself with like minded people, people who love the Lord with all their hearts, love healthy foods and love to exercise.  Choose your closest friends wisely, for the wrong friends or companions can pull you down.  Surround yourself with friends that are on your level or higher, soon you will climb your way up the ladder and be more successful than you are today.  

      Success in healthy living requires work daily, how bad do you want it?

      Day 12 My SECRET

      My Secret
      21 Day Transformation Challenge

      How I lost 59 lbs and kept it off for over a year!

      My mom taught me to always look nice, even when grocery shopping in case I would run into someone,
      so I took that advice and expanded on it.   Especially since  I run into someone almost every where I go, even when out of town. And even more so today with the internet, facebook, twitter, youtube, etc.   You never know whose watching, listening, taping or photographing, so be accountable to yourself, by using technology to your advantage and allow it to always keep you in check. And use it positively, state  your goals, your passions, your favorite verses and live life as a Super Star being followed by the paparazzi.  Yes you are a Super Star,  every time you get together with family members friends, attend parties, within seconds of arriving everyone wants to take pics with their phones and post them instantly right?   Be mindful of this and use in to your advantage with the mind set, "I am a Super Star, I am an example, everything I say and do will be SHARED, posted, recorded forever."  So think twice before mistreating someone, gossiping, complaining, speaking words of defeat, eating two slices of cake, sitting on the couch vegging out, etc! 

       Also keep in mind Super Stars all seem to know one another some how, so be mindful of the 6 degrees of separation rule, everyone is connected some how.  Someone you may be gossiping to may know the other person, someone you may be complaining to may have just read your scripture on FB or Twitter of not complaining or not eating bad and your seen eating bad, etc. Live life knowing someone is always watching, snapping and posting and this will help keep you accountable.

      1. Follows God word, act like a Super Star

      • Super Stars always have scripted words for their movie roles and even scripted words on talk shows. Their always prepared and so should you. Your words should be premeditated and prepared daily by reading Gods Word!  


      • Super Stars don't want to say anything or do anything to upset their fans, so why would we want to do anything to hinder our walk with God. 


      • How would you behave if your favorite Super Star was in your presence?  that's how you need to think of God, BUT BIGGER, for He loves you, saved you, strengthens you, heals you, lifts you up, blesses you and so much more!!!!!


      Act knowing He is always with you, for He is.  
      God is always with us, do you really wanna be disobedient in His presence? 


      Hebrews 13:5-6 "Let your conduct be without covetousness, and be content with such things that you have, for he has said, 'I will never leave you, nor forsake you,' so that we may boldly say, 'The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do to me.'"

      He is seeking to strengthen committed hearts for Him.

      2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him....


      2. Your a Super Star eat like one

      • Everyone is watching snapping photos of what you eat, be an example for others to follow.
      • Choose healthy food to have a natural younger skin for photographs
      • drink plenty of water for vibrant skin and complexion
      • eat healthy foods to withstand long working days and be the best Star you can be
      • eat healthy foods to have brighter eyes, whiter teeth, stronger bones
      3. Your a Super Star: workout like one

      Actors and Actresses work 10-20 hrs a day on shoot, but the best always find the time to workout and eat right to look better on film.  Follow their lead for you are now always being filmed and posted or photographed on the internet so strive to look your best forever.  The best Super Stars strive to extend their careers for life, you need to do the same.  Extend your career as a spouse, mom, friend and do it with a Super Star mentality, give it your all and shoot for an Oscar.

      Strive to leave a legacy that people will always want to watch or emulate no matter if your 20 or 80!


      4.  Vacation like a Super Star

      Super Stars are always captured doing something fun, attending events, movie screening, games, parks etc.  Vacations are great way to stay active and the greatest vacations are in your home town, there inexpensive, you don't have to pack bags or wash huge loads of laundry or have another vacation to recoup from jet lag.  Vacation in your home town, venture out to museums, hike, kiyak, fish, go to a concert, rent bikes at the beach... do things locally you would usually only do on vacation!


      5. Rejuvenate like a Super Star

      You don't have to go to some fancy spa or hotel to relax and get a massage.  Go to your local gym or neighborhood club house and pamper yourself with a nice spa day.  Relax and enjoy the amenties you pay for: jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, etc. Or relax at home in your very own bath tub, add fragrances, salts, candles just like they do at the spa and enjoy a 20 min bath with cucumber slices over your eyes.

      You don't have to go to a spa for a facial, take 15 minutes out of your day and spoil yourself with your very own home made facial. After cleansing your face massage it with an ice cube to tighten your pores and add fruits, honey, milk or egg whites for a nice 5 min face mask.

      Clean out your house and organize everything you can this weekend as if the cameras were about to come over an film.  An organized house is a great distraction from the weekend temptations and its makes life easier on Monday.  Plus you will find a whole new wardrobe that you had forgotten about. 


      7. Brand yourself like a Super Star

      Brand yourself to always put Faith. Food. Fitness. as a major priority in life as if your being paid millions of dollars to represent these 3.  If you fall off or hinder one, you can loose your endorsements.
      • I absolutely love God and His Word, He is the air I breathe, without Him my life is dead.  I make sure that I am always alive and happy, representing my Father God.
      • I absolutely love Trader Joe's,  it's my all time favorite  place to shop for food.  It's quick, easy, healthy and conducive to my life style.  I act like I am a Spokes person for Trader Joe's.. dream big.. some day I will!! :-D 
      •  Being a representative for Beachbody has changed my life, for I must be a product of the brand.  To be the best representative of your company you must use and apply their products.
      8.  Attend a Cooking Class like a Super Star

      Super Stars are always shown in their homes with their chefs, some learning how to cook others have the money to employ a Chef in their homes full time.  Most of us don't have that luxury, but we do have friends, classes available all around us.  Attend a healthy cooking class at a local college, Trader Joe's Bristol Farms, etc.  Find one in your area and enjoy learning how to create new recipes for your family and friends to enjoy.
