Complaints put your dreams on hold, thanks make your dreams come true.

Day 18 Improvement   Continuous Improvement causes us to think about the upstream process not the downstream damage control.
Choose an area in each Faith, food and fitness which you would like to improve on, you know best.
Faith: reading Gods Word, building a relationship with Him, praise & worship, prayer or all the above.
Fitness: workout daily, increase intensity, change it up or your you make up your own answer to your problem, only you know best
Food:  eat cleaner, less junk more fruits and vegetables, drink more water.. again you know best
