A couple of weeks ago, I set aside 2 drawers solely for exercise clothes. It makes it so much easier. Also, this week I started keeping a food journal (it's a 70 page college ruled notebook). At the back, I have my favorite scriptures ("I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," "But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection..." & "And put a knife to your throat if you are a man given to appetite"), I have my reasons for losing weight & inspirational quotes.
ReplyDeleteThe key things for me is to renew my mind with the Word of God because the bible tells us to walk in self-control & to not give up. Of course, I am still working at the self-control thing so if I slip up, I get right back up.
