Day4

Day 4 ~ EMOTIONS
21 Day Transformation Challenge


Everything is coming together, your feeling alive and ready to conquer this challenge with an extra  surge of joy from spending 3 days with God, exercise and healthy foods.   Enjoy these emotions and build off them by advancing in your walk of Faith Fitness Forever!


1.  Wake up 15 minutes earlier each day
Praise the Lord~ Read Psalm 150

There is power in praise, it gives you a greater love, joy and peace about your journey.  Praising God may even bring you to tears for it draws out emotions of Victory.  When you Praise God for the changes He is creating in your life from spending quality time with Him you will remind  yourself of how far you have come in just 3 days.  In 3 days your 1. breaking the chains of bondage to bad habits 2. making this commitment  3. applying new habits to your daily life 3.  push you to the next level.  So enjoy praising God today, thank Him for the love and blessing He showers upon your life. 


Singing praise is a great way to control your emotions!

Praise the LORD! For it is good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant,  praise is beautiful.
~ Psalm 147: 1



2. Journal positive emotions

Take note of the positive emotions you are feeling right now, journal everything thing: your blessings, your achievements, your energy, etc.   It is truly refreshing to add God, exercise and healthy foods to your daily routine, but sometimes emotions will take over and try to stop you from your goals of creating these new habits.   Great time to refer back to your journal and remember these feelings of joy and progress towards a Victorious finish.    Once you hit a struggle, a change of emotions be mindful that you can do one of two things Flight or Fight, give up or fight to the finish!  I want you to have as many weapons as possible to FIGHT with so make sure you JOURNAL it's a must.

3. Out with the old ~ In with the new
When your on a high you are determined to take big steps and make changes, so take advantage of the way you feel today and rid your house or work place of any little temptations that will cause you to fall.  Right now your strong, you haven't fallen and you won't today because you at the beginning stage, the determination to do anything stage.  You have an extra boost of joy from the success of completing 3 days straight. Think of your future, what can detour you off your journey of eating healthy everyday:  candy, ice cream, chips, etc. Trash it and replace with healthier versions soy ice cream, dark chocolate, pita chips etc.  For more options check my notes on my LIKE page

4. Love exercise

When you fall in love with something you don't allow anything to stand your way, you MAKE time for it verse excuses.  So continue exercising everyday and fall deeper in love, before you know it you will even love doing exercises that once bored you, for you know & realize how beneficial exercise is and how good it makes you feel after. 

Also the love for exercise process will get you off the self desire to drop weight and focus your attention on the joys of creating new habits. Most people give up because they don't love their workouts, so when they don't see overnight results they give it.  Fall in love with exercise and become an addict of it.
