Day 6 of 21 Day Transformation Challenge
Never Give Up!
If you fell off the challenge yesterday or any day for that matter don't sweat it, don't worry, don't get frustrated, just get back up and back into the game. Never quit and never give up, think like an athlete, would they quit playing if they lost a game, NO so neither should you! Instead prepare & practice harder and strive to win the next game/day, by taking an assessment of why you failed, what went wrong, what elements were missing? Recap the past 5 days, review each bullet point and see what you left out. Then re-read the notes of the habit your left out. Reviewing the previous days, notes and videos will give you the strength you need to be victorious!
Prepare for victory with the right tools EVERYDAY, reflect back and journal!
Day 1 Convenience: have you made everything convenient? Do you have a Bible app on your phone, do you have Pastors podcast at your finger tips? Are you workout clothes in an area you can just grab and go or put on? Is your house stocked with healthy food choice that you can grab at any time?
Day 2 Preparation: are you preparing your day with the Word of God and renewing your mind? are you taking baby steps and packing food for the whole day? are your workout clothes packed and ready to go?
Day 3 Motivation: have you been praising God? Have you been around great examples or listening to leaders you admire? Have you been helping others achieve their goals? Visualizing success? Made it fun vs work?
Day 4 Emotions: have you been controlling your emotions? Meditating on Gods Word? Keeping a Journal of the positive? Out with the old (junk) and in with the new (health)? Have you fallen in love with your workouts?
Day 5 Renew: Have you been renewing your mind with the Word of God? Renewing the flavor of foods, by limiting salt? Renewing your desire to workout by prepping for it?
Day 6: Never give Up!
