Today is the first day of the 21 Day Challenge, you are about undergo a major transformation by creating new habits each and every day which will help you achieve your goals. No more excuses, I don't have time, I don't have the money, I don't have the knowledge. I am giving you everything you need for FREE for a limited time! Take advantage of these blessings and share them with your friends!
EXCUSES, excuses are nothing but a waste of time, you make time for the things you really want. How bad do you want to transform your mind, body and soul? Do you want to stay where you are at right now, NO or you wouldn't be on here. So follow me for the next 21 Days, share this challenge with your friends, co-workers, family, love ones and make a commitment to do it together NOW!
Day 1: Convenience
Most people fail on diets, goals, challenges because they are too hard, let's ease our way into changing our life. You were not born with running shoes, so don't start thinking you can bench press every obstacle today. Start slowly by munching on these delicious task every day like a caterpillar, knowing you will soon become a beautiful butterfly!
1. Put God first:, by listening to His Word through your favorite Pastors via Pod cast it's FREE ~Prov 13:20 get wisdom from the wise
2. Food: make it easy to stay on track by stocking your house up with healthy choices and if your not a cook make it easy for yourself and buy prepackaged, healthy, calorie counted foods and food you can grab and go.
3. Measurements: take your measurements by trying on an outfit that you currently fit, then put it aside for the next 21 days and come back to it at the end of this challenge.
4. Workout gear: put ALL your workout gear together in one spot so you can find everything easily: clear a space for your shoes, clothes, socks, ipods, workout bag, water bottle, hair bands, deodorant, lotion, whatever you need make it convenient and put it all in one spot. etc.
Remember this challenge you are to put God first, workout, eat right everyday for 21 Days to create new habits. Do all 3 daily till you LOVE them so much you crave them and you can't live without them!! Stay on track each day, follow my videos and follow my blog and you will greatly enrich your life. A healthy you means a happier you, a better husband, wife, mother, father, daughter, son, friend, worker, boss, etc...
