21 Day Transformation Challenge
Get passionate about Healthy Living, so passionate that you hate what is evil and love and cling to what is good.
Romans 12:9 Love must be sincere, hate what is evil and cling to what is good.
1. Hate evil, love good
We are taking yesterdays lesson much deeper today, so get ready to dive down deep and get involved. This requires more action than a pep talk in the mirror, this requires faith all day long! But guess what? YOU can do this, because greater is He than is in YOU than he that is in the world. So live a victorious, over-comers healthy life style by proclaiming it with your words all, yes ALL day long!! Proclaim who you are in Christ by faith, don't go by the natural circumstances around you go by the Super Natural, God's Word.
Choose to speak positive confessions of faith and proclaim who you are in Christ. Get passionate about who you are, fall in love with healthy love language, by loving yourself. When you truly love yourself you will take the time to develop yourself with your words. Take the time and develop a healthy, positive love language by speaking good and hating negative speech! Mimic your speech after your Father Gods and proclaim His word over your life, by speaking positively verses speaking negatively. Your words are extremely powerful as Proverbs 18:21 states life and death are in the power of the tongue... choose life by speaking of good report.
Replace the junk with words of power: love, joy, peace, kindness, mercy... Gal 5:22
No more gossip, lies, no more words of defeat, no more resentment, no more complaining, no more!
BAD LANGUAGE
- Put away perversity from your mouth; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. Proverbs 4:24
- Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Eph. 4:31
BITTER SPIRIT
- Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger; brawling and slander, along with every form of malice Eph. 4:31
BOASTFULNESS
- Let another praise you, and not your own mouth; someone else, and not your own lips. Proverbs 27:2
COMPLAINING
- Do everything without complaining or arguing. Phil 2:14
CONCEALING SIN
- He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Prov. 28:13
CRITICAL SPIRIT
- A man who lacks judgment derides his neighbor, but a man of understanding holds his tongue. Prov. 11:12
DECEITFULNESS
- The man of integrity walks securely, but he who takes crooked paths will be found out Prov 10:9
- The noble man makes noble plans, and by noble deeds he stands. Isaiah 32:8
- Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to who we must give account. Heb. 4:13
2. Hate laziness
Hate laziness, despise it so much that you can't sit on the couch and eat popcorn while watching TV any more. Hate it so much that just the thought of wasting valuable time sickens you. If your gonna watch TV multi-task and get your heart rate up! Love and enjoy each moment and opportunity you get to get your heart rate up. Take a walk outside after dinner, go to the gym, do some form of exercise everyday, make it a habit for life! Remember there's plenty of time to rest and sleep, but no time for true laziness, enough is enough. Stop sitting their watching others achieve their goals start implementing all that you have learned and take action! Get passionate about working out, so passionate that you crave it and want more.
3. Hate junk food
When you fall in love with healthy foods and the way they make your body feel and function you start to absolutely despise junk foods. Because junk food has the the opposite effect, it's draining, causes pain, problems, digestion, laziness etc. Choose to love the way you feel again by eating healthy daily. How to make healthy eating a natural way of life.
1. Substitution: there is an alternative and substitute for anything you like, donuts, ice cream, cake, you name it theirs a healthier version. Create or buy your own healthy versions of your favorite foods, at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Henrys, Farmers Market, etc. Shopping healthier will eliminate the temptations and open your taste buds to a whole new yummy healthy world!
2. Knowledge: Inform yourself of all the damage bad food does to the body. Educate your cravings with the truth and overcome them with knowledge of obesity, health the endless number of stress problems occurring due to foods and the drugs that supposedly cure the problems! Start overloading your mind with the truth, the truths about junk foods and nutritional foods by reading, studying and watching films about the destroyers, killers called sugar, butter, grease, fried, alcohol.. pure poison. Once you understand how harmful junk foods truly are you will think twice about even taking a bite. After a week or two of information you will have the will power to LOVE healthy foods and hate & despise junk food. And you will open your eyes to all the benefits health foods have on your body. Natural foods are healing, they are the greatest cure to health problems.
